Transport Management
As part of the ERP system, the transport management system allow users to prepare freight orders, verify and approve freights. In addtion,it enable the transport manager to properly figure out which vehicle should go to Garaj for inspection based on the service interval standard set in the policy of the company,which is also consistent with factory recommendation.
Sales & Inventory
The Sales and Inventory module includes fundamental features for managing sales order (invoices), sales attachments, and generation of delivery orders. It also includes the features for sales reports, inventory adjustments and generation of inventory balance.
Finance
The main features supported under finance module include payment request and approval,preparation of payment voucher and daily payment sheets. This module allows selection of payment modes, uploading of supporting documents and posting of transactions.
Human Resource Manegment
Limited aspects of HR functions are included undere this modulue such as registration of newly employeed staff, assignment of employee to Departments with start date of joining the department. Marking of monthly attendacne is included for the purpose of payroll. When a staff is terminated or leave the company, end date will be encoded in the HR system
Property Administration
This module has the following main features: Tenant registration, contract preparation and approval, management of check-in and check-out. It is also used to register machineries, prepare timesheets, invoices and sales attachments.
e-Procurement
The e-procurement module handles the entire process of stock acquisition from purchase request submission, approval , bid evaluation, purchase order and delivery. In the process, items with specification , price and vendor will be captured. The final step of delivery request approval will impact inventory balance.
e-Registration
Under this module, the following basic facts which are used by the ERP system are registered: Vendor,Unit,Item category,City, Item/spare parts/, Unit of measure,Machinery, Room,etc
Dashboard
Highly consolidated transactional information is displayed here. In this module ,sales information aggregated and displayed as item/spare part/, management service,transport service and rental. Additional information displayed on the dashboard include vehicle performance per day, week and month.
Stock
The stock management module has the feature of generating current stock balance with its details about when each stock item has been entered to and issued from warehouse. It also has the featrue to register new warehouses.
